CMC White Cake Mix
Available in 6/5 lb and 50 lb bags.
Complete – add water only

| CMC White Cake Mix | 5 lb | 25 lb | 50 lb |
| Cold Water | 1¼ qts (2 lb 8 oz) | 12 lb 8 oz | 25 lb |
| Sweetened Cherry Drink Mix | 1/2 cup (4 oz) | 2½ cups (20 oz) | 5 cups (2 lb 8 oz) |
| INSTRUCTIONS | |
| 1 | Use a mixer with paddle attachment. |
| 2 | Add White Cake Mix and sweetened cherry drink mix into mixing bowl. |
| 3 | Blend on low speed* for 30 seconds. |
| 4 | Pour half of total amount of cold water into mixing bowl. |
| 5 | Blend on low speed* for 2 minutes. |
| 6 | Add remaining cold water. Blend on low speed* for 30 more seconds. |
| 7 | Stop mixer. Scrape bowl and paddle. |
| 8 | Blend on low speed* for 2 more minutes. |
| 9 | Scale into greased or paper-lined pan. |
| 10 | Bake according to the table below: |
