Chocolate Chip Cookies made with “JIFFY” Cookie Base Mix.

This Recipe Uses:

“JIFFY” Cookie Base Mix

Available in 6/5 lb and 50 lb bags.

Complete – add water only

 
INGREDIENT 2½ LB BATCH 5 LB BATCH
“JIFFY” Cookie Base Mix 2½ lb 5 lb
Brown Sugar 2½ Tbsp (1.25 oz) 1/3 cup (2.5 oz)
Light Corn Syrup 1 Tbsp (.75 oz) 2 Tbsp (1.5 oz)
Chocolate Chips 1 cup (6 oz) 2 cups (12 oz)
Water 1/2 cup (4 oz) 1 cup (8 oz)
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Use a mixer with paddle attachment. 5 Blend on low speed* for 1 more minute.
2 Add Cookie Base Mix, brown sugar, and light corn syrup into mixing bowl. 6 Stop mixer. Scrape bowl and paddle.
3 Blend on low speed* for 30 seconds. 7 Scale 2 inches apart onto greased or paper-lined pan.
4 Pour water and chocolate chips into mixing bowl. 8 Bake according to the table below.
